1. Returns Accepted?

Yes, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unused, unworn, and in the original condition (with tags, packaging, and any included accessories).
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

3. Return Process & Timeline

  1. Email us at hello@kindlywoven.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days with return approval and instructions.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you within 3 business days.
  5. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned unless they are defective or there is an error:

  • Final sale items (e.g., custom/personalized blankets).
  • Items that appear damaged due to wear or misuse.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@kindlywoven.com with photos and your order details. We’ll make it right at no additional cost.
