1. Returns Accepted?
Yes, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the original condition (with tags, packaging, and any included accessories).
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).
3. Return Process & Timeline
- Email us at hello@kindlywoven.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days with return approval and instructions.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned unless they are defective or there is an error:
- Final sale items (e.g., custom/personalized blankets).
- Items that appear damaged due to wear or misuse.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@kindlywoven.com with photos and your order details. We’ll make it right at no additional cost.
